In honour of the launch of its new product, Crusher Wireless, the original lifestyle audio brand, Skullcandy has launched an exclusive immersive experience in the heart of Shoreditch in May 2017.

The Skullcandy Crusher Wireless Experience gave consumers and music fans the opportunity to enjoy an immersive live collaboration of art and music testing Skullcandy’s most anticipated product.

Skullcandy created a three screen projection experience where attendees could observe how the visuals created by illustrator Konx-Om-Pax smoothly matched and reacted to the track created exclusively for the event by music producer Alex Smoke whilst using the Crusher Wireless.

The experience was held at The Old Truman Brewery in East London, and was structured to give its attendees a wholly experience to immerse themselves in music, meet fellow music lovers and appreciate the Crusher Wireless headphones’ intense animation, its breathtaking sounds, and deeper bass.

The audience could first test the Crusher Wireless’ functionality and game-changing sounds in an exclusive room where sound and vision met in a unique way. Following that experience, the audience could enjoy a live DJ’s sound during a concert surrounded by likeminded fellow music fans. Amongst others, the event was attended by Mercedes Benson, Alexis Knox, and Barney Banks.

The pop-up shop was promoted by both print as well as outdoor advertisement, particularly surrounding the areas of Shoreditch and Brick Lane. The event was also covered by TimeOut London prior to the event, as well as the Ape to Gentleman blog afterwards.
